Yabanc\u0131 bir \u00fclkede ikamet eden ve T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunan ki\u015filer, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fclkelerden ald\u0131klar\u0131 s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc belgeleriyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye giri\u015f yapt\u0131klar\u0131 tarihten itibaren en fazla 2 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle ara\u00e7 kullanabilir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 6 aydan uzun s\u00fcre bulunanlar, ara\u00e7 kullan\u0131rken s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc belgelerinin d\u0131\u015f temsilcilikler veya noter taraf\u0131ndan onaylanm\u0131\u015f T\u00fcrk\u00e7e terc\u00fcmelerini yanlar\u0131nda bulundurmak zorundad\u0131r. Ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fclkeden al\u0131nan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc belgesini 2 y\u0131l boyunca kullanan vatanda\u015flar, bu s\u00fcrenin sonunda yabanc\u0131 s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc belgesini T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki yetkili makamlarca verilen s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc belgesi ile de\u011fi\u015ftirmek zorundad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye kesin d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f yapan gurbet\u00e7ilerin ehliyet \u00e7evirme i\u015flemini zaman\u0131nda yapmalar\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. Yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ya\u015fayan ancak T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunmayan ki\u015filer ise yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan al\u0131nan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc belgeleriyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de sadece 6 ay s\u00fcreyle ara\u00e7 kullanabilir.<br>Ehliyet de\u011fi\u015fim i\u015flemleri i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle N\u00fcfus ve Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k \u0130\u015fleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nden randevu al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.
