Bu karar, \u00e7ok say\u0131da insan\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya ma\u011faza, restoran ve kafelerin bulundu\u011fu i\u015flek caddelerde uygulanacak. H\u0131z s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclecek yerler aras\u0131nda West-Kruiskade, Mathenesserlaan ve Hofplein&#8217;in baz\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri bulunuyor. Belediye&#8217;nin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, Rotterdam&#8217;da trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011finin yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bu m\u00fcdahalenin gerekli oldu\u011funu belirtiyor. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda Rotterdam\u2019da 1446 ki\u015fi trafik kazas\u0131 sonucu yaraland. Bu say\u0131 2021&#8217;e g\u00f6re neredeyse 300 ki\u015fi daha fazla. Kazalar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu, trafi\u011fin 50km h\u0131zla seyretmesine izin verilen yollarda meydana geldi. Rotterdam Belediyesi, yeni h\u0131z tabelalar\u0131, yol \u00e7izgilerinin eklenmesi ve h\u0131z t\u00fcmseklerinin in\u015fas\u0131 gibi \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 2025&#8217;in \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyre\u011finde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek.
