Yeni d\u00fczenlemeye g\u00f6re, bir EU \u00fclkesinde trafik su\u00e7u nedeniyle iptal edilen\u00a0ehliyet, t\u00fcm EU \u00fclkelerinde ge\u00e7ersiz say\u0131lacak. Karar\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girebilmesi i\u00e7in t\u00fcm EU \u00fcye \u00fclkelerinin onaylamas\u0131 gerekmekte.
